Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been used, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day reflection period for the European Union Despite the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason without having to provide any justification.
